As you prepare for the annual conference, please consider submitting your paper for consideration for one of the three paper awards:
The Elizabeth H. Nelson Prize
•For the best paper presented at the Annual Conference by one or more participants from a society in transition.
The Naomi C. Turner Prize
•Best paper presented by a graduate student at the Annual Conference.
The Janet A. Harkness Award
•For the best paper related to the study of multi-national/ multi-cultural/multi-lingual survey research (aka 3M survey research), or to the theory and methods of 3M survey research, including statistics and statistical techniques used in such research.
To be considered for any of these three awards, authors must submit theircompleted papers electronically (in Word or PDF) by 5 p.m. EST on May 15 to firstname.lastname@example.org. The title page must include each author's name, full mailing address, telephone number and email address. Entries typically run 20-25 pages of text, excluding references, tables, figures, and appendices. Preference will be given to papers not presented elsewhere. WAPOR reserves the right not to give a specific award.
